I'm ashamed to admit that I'm a Muggle, living in a boring, Muggle world. I once discovered the where abouts of Platform Nine and Three Quarters, I had the privilege of visiting not only Hogwarts but also Diagon Alley. However, I've since have forgotten the location of the Platform due to a small head trauma. I hope to one day regain the knowledge of this secret Platform so I can once again visit Hogwarts and enjoy the frothy, sweet Butterbeer in Diagon Alley.



It's Hogwarts!

I started a new job at JCPenney's. Mostly the past two and a half days have been training; boring videos, lectures, and paper work. But I finally got to go on the floor yesterday. I was so excited. It was really fun. I got to ring up a couple customers and did my first JCPenney card, which means an extra, whooping $2 for me! Haha. Also had to run merchandise upstairs, to it's appropriate areas.

Today I work 5-10. They want me to learn how to close. Which should be fun, since at the end of the night you have to organize and fold all the merchandise, as well as make sure it's all on the right shelves, displays, and racks....Fun, huh?

So I've had a tattoo mentally planned in my head for quite some time now, I just haven't had the money, time, and guts to go get it done since it will be my first, plus it will be a very large tattoo. The tattoo I've had in my head is a cherry blossom tree, spanning from in between my shoulder blades, down to my lower back, and will include roots. I'm going to get the tree done first and then add other little details later. Like in between the roots, I want my parents and brother's names. I want a sole emerald green butterfly cocoon (Like those of the Monarch butterfly) hanging from one of the branches. When I lose some weight, I want falling cherry blossom petals to wrap from the tree, around my side, to my stomach. Possibly add butterflies at the top of the tree. And some day, when I have children, I want to have an old-fashion rope swing tattooed from one of the branches. It's a lot of details, and of course I won't be doing it all at once. I probably will go several times. I figure I will probably have to go 2-4 times for the tree alone.

The one thing I haven't been sure about, is how exactly I wanted the cherry blossom tree to look. I had a picture in my mind, but never could find the perfect picture online, until now. I absolutely love it. And no doubt, that THIS is the tree I want.





















Today is DJ's first birthday! He's the youngest son of my friend. I can't believe he's one already! I also can't believe he's walking so well, and even running. They just grow up way too fast!

Tomorrow I will be attending his birthday party. I can't wait. I have no idea what to buy him. He has plenty of toys, so I may just buy him an outfit, one that's a size larger so that he can grow into it. Already he's wearing 12-18 months clothes. He's a big boy!
